✓ 30-Day Returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return: • The item must be returned in the same condition received. • All included accessories, cables and controllers must be returned. • The item must not have been damaged or modified after delivery.


✓ Fast Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Most refunds are completed within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.


✓ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

In these cases: • Return shipping is covered by Renabled. • We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly. • We will repair, replace or refund the item where appropriate.


✓ Professionally Tested Products

All products sold by Renabled are professionally tested before shipment.

As our products are pre-owned, minor cosmetic signs of use may be present. These do not affect functionality and are not considered defects.


✓ 2-Year Warranty

Every eligible product includes a 2-year warranty.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Renabled may:

• Repair the product • Replace the product • Offer a full or partial refund

The warranty does not cover: • Accidental damage • Liquid damage • Misuse or neglect • Unauthorized repairs or modifications • Normal wear and tear


✓ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns may be refused if:

• The product is incomplete • The serial number has been removed or altered • The item has been intentionally damaged • The item has been modified by a third party
